Sigifredo (protagonist), seeing the dying mountain, the death of plants, crops and animals, connects with nature, with its stories and with the prophecies of his Muisca ancestors, discovering that all this is due to the fulfillment of the prophecy written in the manuscripts that his grandfather kept in an old trunk, where he sentenced: "They will return thirsty for gold for El Dorado".
